[gtkada] Problems downloading

I am having problems downloading the latest version of GtkAda (1.3.6).

The server appears to stop sending data.  It may be a problem with our
firewall (which I can do nothing about).  Is there an FTP site anywhere
where this is available or even another http server?

I will accept it by Email (I am not paying!!) if someone else can do it
at no cost.
