[gtkada] Bug report: Float values on Windows 2000.

Apparently gtk_init is resetting the processor to 64 bits mode instead of
the expected 80 bits for GNAT, a little bit unfortunate.

Note that this is not really a GtkAda issue, but more a GNAT/NT issue that
3.13 should address.
