[gtkada] glib 1.2.8 on Tru64 UNIX

Here my observations on installing glib 1.2.8 on Tru64 UNIX 5.0

- Don't use the native cc compiler to compile glib sources since it
can't cope with the 'inline hassle' in glib.h.
- Make  brings a few warnings:

testgthread.c: In function `test_private':
testgthread.c:197: warning: cast to pointer from integer of different
size
hash-test.c:181: warning: `not_even_foreach' defined but not used
hash-test.c:206: warning: `remove_even_foreach' defined but not used
