[gtkada] Plans for the next release

For those interested,

Here are a few additions planned for the next release:

- New widgets bound from GtkExtra: Gtk_Plot, Gtk_Plot_Canvas, Gtk_Plot_Layout,
   Gtk_Check_Item.
- Postscript support added from GtkExtra: Gtk.Extra.Plot_Ps and Gtk.Extra.PsFont
- Under Win32, gate is now able to merge user changes as under unixes.
- Glade now properly handles backup files under Win32.
- Update to GtkGlArea 1.2.2

We are also trying to provide native OpenGL support under Win32, as well
as other GtkExtra widgets.
