[gtkada] About the Documentation

I pulled the two documents in postscript format off of the
US archive.  While they print fine they have no page numbers.
The table of contents uses page numbers so its a little clumsy
to find things.

Also, I can't find documentation for Gtk.Entry but there is an
entry for Gtk.GEntry.  Is this the same thing?
