[gtkada] Two bugs with Gtk 1.2.8

We'll I tend to have something other than GNAT
to play with.

All my other issues have been handed off to my language
lawyers for comment, could be problems at my end, could
be problems with GNAT.

Those two were easy to be sure they were GNAT bugs.
