[gtkada] Testgtk Example Of GtkAda-1.3.8 On Win95

I ran the Testgtk executable coming with GtkAda-1.3.8 distribution on Win95, it
did not run successfully. The error message is shown below.

    The OPENGL32.DLL file is
    linked to missing export GDI32.DLL:GdiSwapBuffers

So, I rebuilt Testgtk from scratch. Same problem occurred. 

Any body have any idea?
