[GtkAda] Patch - binding for missing Gtk.File_Selection.Complete

If they are not too big, this is, I think, an acceptable solution (what do
people think ?)
But for big patches, you should send them directly to the authors of GtkAda,
we will take of integrating them

In fact, we have already fully documented and synchronized Gtk.File_Selection
with the latest version of gtk+, so the Complete procedure is already part of
the standard GtkAda (at least for the next version).

thanks for the patch anyway, this is always appreciated since it helps us make
sure we haven't forgotten, and that the documentation is up-to-date. Likewise,
when messages are exchanged on this list, we are trying to update the
documentation to make things clearer.

In that case, our documentation for Set_Filename did not clearly indicate that
Set_Filename could be use for directories, so we have now updated it...
