Mmmanuel,

I just downloaded this latest snapshot, 2.0.1 (20040624), installed and tested it. Indeed, the problem with broken folder was fixed. However, the problem with repeated menus in Build -> Make and Build -> Run remain still.

Both issues are fixed in the latest version of GPS.
