[gps-users] Where is the correct place for -I and -L

Hello,
	I shall be very thankful for the comment on the question:
	Where is the correct place to add directories of include files (switch -I), 
libraries and linker scripts. 
	The 'switch' tab has one short line, while there may be rather long text to 
write. 
	Also the link script and libraries may be entered here too, but this seems to 
be not the right place...
