[gps-devel] building gps

Hello ,everyone

  I came again. :)
  I still want to compile gps-3.0.0 first ,because I spent many time
on it ,and took some evolvement. I don't want to drop it in half way.
if it doesn't have any method to success,I will try 3.1.3 later. So, I
look forward to get help from you,thanks a lot. here is the linkerr.
