Who ever asserted such a thing? Certainly we don't recommend
learning Ada 2005 (or any version of Ada) from the ARM. We
usually recommend Barnes.

Not really sure what libraries you are talking about here, the libraries
that are part of the Ada language? Libraries supplied by GNAT (which for
the moment *is* Ada 2005)? Third party libraries?

Certainly all the GNAT libraries are well documented.

Java is not really comparable, since there is no Java standard which
says what is part of the language and what is part of the typical
implementations.
