And there's the new version of the Burns & Welling book, updated to Ada  
'05.

By the way, a very interesting take on why Ada and SPARK add value to  
product line development, with the main impacts being on reinforcing  
process rather than sheer technical issues, is in Jim Sutton's and Peter  
Middleton's "Lean Software Strategies".  This book won the '07 Shingo  
award, which is considered the equivalent of a "Nobel prize" in  
manufacturing.
