[GAP] Thanks for the book "Programming in Ada 2005"

I would like to thanks Prof. John Barnes for the new updated (and even 
thicker) version of "Programming in Ada XXX", and for the versions yet to 
come ;-)

I would also like to thank Addison Wesley and Adacore for the effort of 
sending a FREE copy of the book to all members of the GAP program. I'm sure 
it has been a tough negotiation.
