[GAP] Use of Ada 2005

In a little corner, I have: Realtime Programming ; the mixed-paradigm
scheduling stuff. 

Probably, object notation and anon. access types will creep into a major
project very soon. Circular dependencies will have to move from "with type"
to the new stuff.

For the rest, I really doubt it.
