[GAP] GAP 1.1 assistance tools

I have the following available for use with GAP 1.1:
 
1) simple_project.py -- script that allows a student to automatically
create a simple project with a null main unit (and sets compiler flag
for Ada 2005).
2) gnatreg - tool that adds a path to the global search path (so it
doesn't have to be added to each individual project)
3) executable that allows GAP debugger to be invoked from AdaGIDE
4) InstallShield installer that installs 1,3 and also disables the
welcome dialog from GAP
