[AWS] can't compile AWS, "can not generate system tags. The test are disabled"

Hello.
I can't compile AWS:

=> make setup build install
gprbuild: "xoscons" up to date
Setup OS specific definitions
Can not generate system tags. The test are disabled
make[1]: *** No rule to make target 'setup'.  Stop.
Makefile:162: recipe for target 'templates_parser_setup' failed
make: *** [templates_parser_setup] Error 2

I have Linux debian 4.9.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.51-1 (2017-09-28)
x86_64 GNU/Linux
and Gnat 2017. Also, I use Sparforte as a shell. It's unlikely, especially
with ada-related softwares since the author use them extensively, but I
know it can sometimes with ill-writen scripts or those relying too much on
BASH, cause some problems. Thanks for your help ;-)
