What's the content of makefile.setup?

To have OpenSSL activated I always select this at the setup (not
by modifying makefile.conf, maybe that's not working anymore...):

   $ make SOCKET=openssl setup

Don't know. You need the OpenSSL dev libraries. I can't tell if this
is installed on your system.
