[AWS] Inconsistent license?

Oh yes, the bits/predefs.h issue is a new thing to appear frequently 
during the coming months, I think, and is by not an AWS
thing; it is one of the effects of multiarch. Try finding
predefs.h below /usr/include.  I don't remember exactly if I have
found something to overcome this split between Debian/Ubuntu on the
one hand and FSF (and possibly AdaCore's GNAT) on the other, but
may find it when I am back in the office.
