[AWS] Remove SSLv2 from GnuTLS package

We alredy have GNUTLS implementation without SSLv2, but in the 
topic/da/gnutls branch
which is much better than HEAD implementation but still is not in 
incorporated because
of 3 of 4 regressions. HEAD implementation has a much more regressions.
