[AWS] Websocket Maximum Message Size

Hello,

I am trying to send a message to an AWS websocket server. The servers
On_Message callback is truncating messages larger than 4097 characters
long. Would anyone be able to confirm this? If so, is this by design and
are there any known workarounds?
