[AWS] Found a bug in AWS.Config.Set.Keep_Alive_Force_Limit. Patch file attached.

Changed this:

    O.P (Hotplug_Port).Nat_Value := Value;

To this:

    O.P (Keep_Alive_Force_Limit).Nat_Value := Value;

The new patch file also contains the earlier proposed additions to
AWS.Config.Set.

Fixed against latest SVN.
