[AWS] AWS moved to Git

FYI, AWS has moved from Subversion to Git.

See http://libre.adacore.com/libre/tools/aws/ for information about the
new repository. A new mailing-list dedicated to patches has been setup
aws-patches at lists.forge.open-do.org.

Contributors are encouraged to look at docs/dev-notes.

Some data:

   Subversion checkout (version N & N+1, trunk only) : 43 Mb

   Git repository (all versions + branches + checkout) is 40 Mb

   AWS/.git (all versions + branches) only 26 Mb

If you have any question regarding this migration do not hesitate to
discuss it here.
