[AWS] Further info on the weird "AWS is returning too much data" issue

Two useful load testers without such a bug are gatling and the
included tester with the siege web server.

Siege:  http://www.joedog.org/index/siege-home
Gatling: http://www.fefe.de/gatling/

Siege is prepackaged for many distros while gatling is not and has a
more involved build process.
