[AWS] Having more then 1000 concurrent connections?

Maybe, but that's how it should be. Separation of concerns. Possible
in an ideal world with a no nonsense operating system with a means to
allot a percentage of CPU time to each program. I remember when I
first had to manage a Linux server I was expecting such a tool, but
only find that terrible "nice" thingamajig. So, yes, unfortunately, a
programmers life is not an easy one after all :-)
