[AWS] favicon.ico files MIME type

Hey,

I suspect that with the gaining popularity of AWS (Go Ada!), more and
more people are going to want to use .ico files, so perhaps adding
this to aws-mime.ads would be a good idea:

Image_ICO : constant String := "image/x-icon";

At least we now know that Opera requests the favicon.ico file every
single time it looks up an URL, so for that alone it's probably worth
having it available in aws-mime.ads.
