[AWS] web application example

I think re-implementing the J2EE tutorial in Ada with AWS is a great
idea!  I also think it would be even better if this web application
were shipped as part of the AWS examples.  There are a couple of
conditions to fulfill for this, though:

- license the web application example under GMGPL to AdaCore, so they
  can provide it to the GNAT Pro customers

- use GNATColl instead of soci-ada; not because soci-ada is bad in any
  way but because GNATColl (a descendant of GLADE) is AdaCore's
  existing standard.
