Probably: I can't really be sure as I'm not using Ubuntu nor gnat-4.2.

GNAT GPL comes from AdaCore whereas the Debian/Ubuntu GNAT packages are 
cut from the FSF tree.

BTW, which AWS version are you trying to build? From Subversion?
