[AWS] Copyright violation in the public Subversion repository

IIUC, AdaCore's policy is that everything on the libre.adacore.com web
site, including the entire contents of the Subversion repository, is
licensed under terms of the GNU General Public License.
However, I just noticed that said Subversion repository contains
binary files of SSLEay and OpenSSL; namely:
AWS/win32/libeay32.dll
AWS/win32/libssl32.dll
Unless there is a specific agreement between AdaCore and the authors
of OpenSSL and SSLEay, and unless this agreement extends to all
downstream recipients of these files, AdaCore has no right to change
the license of these files to the GPL; this therefore looks like a
copyright violation. I would suggest you remove these files from the
repository and provide instructions for users to obtain them
separately instead.
