It should be
gcc (GCC) 4.1.3 20070403 for GNAT GPL 2007 (20070402)

So, your path correction is not correct.
cygwin do not understand c:/.... path.
You should set c:/GNAT/2007/bin path before call cygwin
or you should use
/cygwin/c/.... inside cygwin shell.
