[AWS] The exact meaning of Request_Time

Hello (first time on this list),

The AWS.Status.Request_Time function returns the time of the request.

What is the exact meaning of this? Is it the time when the client sent 
the request, or rather the time when the server received it?

Judging from the standard client request headers, it must be the server 
time, but I would like to know if there is any other hidden meaning in this.
