[AWS] AWS Binding Issues

Hello,

I am making a program that binds to a specific port. When running multiple
instances of this program that each bind to the same port I expect an error,
and failure to bind. But this does not happen, all of the instances just
start.

Im using AWS.Server, and Start to bind to the port.

Also, I have tried to use Set_Unexpected_Exception_Handler with no luck. It
does not return anything to me.

Is there any way around this??
