[AWS] Installing on Windows XP

Oops... got it. I can see now that that is in the manual. I had missed it.
Sorry.

Now the demos don't run, they complain about libeay32.dll not being found,
but I'll check the manual for all the environment variables that have to be
set. BTW, are these settings really necessary, as opposed to passing the
respective -I options to gnatmake? Thanks.
