If you have modified only makefile.conf I'm indeed not concerned as this is a
requirement (makefile.conf must be modified according to the build
environment), if you had to modify makefile then I think it is ok to share
this work. If this is the case can you send a contextual diff:

   $ diff -c makefile.orig makefile

makefile.orig being the one from AWS 2.0 release and makefile the one you have
modified.
