Yep, that's a bug in the makefile that we have fixed yesterday :) You have
probably built AWS more than one times (make build). This recreate
ssl-wrappers.o which gets integrated into libaws.a !

You have 2 solutions:

1) Delete AWS build dir and rebuild AWS from scratch with
    $ make build
    $ make install

2) Remove ssl-wrappers.o from libaws.a
    $ ar d libaws.a ssl-wrappers.o
