[AWS] compile bug

There seems to be a AWS compiling (or compiler?) problem.

"make build_lib" does not seem to create an object file for
aws-net-sets-thin.ads. This file containts a pragma import
so probably needs an object file.

During the (later) build of the demos, this file is
produced, but then it is too late in the process
to go in the library.

This is gnat 5.02a on Linux.
