[AWS] building AWS error

Dear colleagues,

I am trying to build Ada Web Server on Windows 2000, and I get the
following error:

process_begin: CreateProcess((null), cp ../include/aws-net-std-gnat.adb
aws-net-std.adb, ...) failed.
make (e=2): The system cannot find the file specified.
make[1]: *** [aws-net-std.adb] Error 2
make: *** [build_aws] Error 2

It happens when building the library, once the SSL Support and the
components have been built. It seems that it can not find the 'include'
folder from the folder the command is being called. I have unzipped the
files in a folder, and I am running 'make build' from this folder.
Is there anything wrong that I can not see?
