[AWS] Question: Can opening more than the number of allowed sessions break aws?

Sorry, i was confusing.

Anyway, i did not know exactly about who was on top TCP/IP or UDP.
I did not use UDP.
Now I know that they are both on top of IP.
I hope i'm right now.
